All orders are shipped from the UK with Royal Mail UK Tracked 48. Please contact us to request your tracking number if needed.

Shipping is calculated on checkout based on the weight of the items you are ordering. 


We ship internationally on a request-only basis so as to ensure that best shipping rate for the destination. Please contact us with a list of the items you would like to purchase and the shipping destination. 



You order will be shipped within 4 business days of your order. Shipping times are in addition to the 4 business day shipping time.

If you require your order to be shipped sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requested deadline.

Please note, that our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on the weekend, will be shipped the following week.


As we use Royal Mail UK as a third party shipping company we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen orders during transit.

We cannot be held liable for delays in the postal system due to unforeseen circumstances or issues that are out of our control, i.e. Coronovirus, Brexit, strikes, etc.

We cannot be held liable for lost/ returned orders due to wrong or incomplete address provided. Any order not received due to the above will not be resent or refunded.

We cannot be held liable for orders lost or returned due to failed delivery (i.e. no one was home to accept the parcel).


We hope that you adore your Artemis Deco pieces, however if you would like to return any items, please contact us for our return address. 


We cannot accept returns unless we have been contacted beforehand and the return has been confirmed/ agreed by both parties. Any returns received that we are not contacted for and confirmed will not be refunded.


All order can be refunded within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure that all items are returned to us in perfect condition.

Once received, returns may take up to 5 business days to process. We will contact you to confirm receipt of the returned package and that your return has been processed.



Return costs for shipping are the customer's responsibility. We can only refund the return postal costs if the item is faulty. If this is the case, please obtain proof of postage in order for us to refund this cost.


We strongly recommend that you return your items to us using a trackable service. We will not be able to issue a refund if returned items are lost in the post with no proof of postage.
